Yak Attak raises organically raised yaks in Central Texas.
Our yaks graze freely on lush native grasses which makes their meat beautifully marbled and full of flavor. We open up online orders for our meat packages as animals are harvested.
We raise healthy, happy yaks on open Texas pastures using natural feeds and traditional grazing techniques for premium flavor.
Yak meat is high in protein, with 25 grams per 4 oz serving. It is 90% fat free and has less fat than other red meats and salmon. It's also low in saturated fat.
Yak meat is high in omega-3 fatty acids, which can be good for cardiovascular health.
Yak meat also contains potassium, calcium, iron, zinc, and magnesium. It's also a good source of niacin and B vitamins.
